Spend one short weekend in the Emerald City (well, Chicago’s biggest pop culture party) with THREE unforgettable experiences. Embark on a quest full of courage, heart, and brains as you explore pop culture, save yourself from a fashion emergency, and play some amazing Esports!
But your journey is also about the destination - DePaul University, right nearby Oz (Oz Park. It's real, seriously.) DePaul has over 300 academic programs, ranging from Film and Television to Animation, Writing and Publishing, and Creative Producing. On campus, our dynamic student life includes Esports, the largest student organization, and even a Doctor Who fan club for fellow Whovians. The Theatre School’s booth in Cosplay Central will be staffed with artists from our Wig and Makeup programs who have the HEART needed to transform your cosplay dreams into reality. Let us help fix up your costume, wig, and makeup so that you can be Pop-u-lar!
Do you have the COURAGE to venture into the heart of C2E2's gaming battlegrounds? Join DePaul Esports, pioneers since 2018, in the Side Quests area to play games and compete in mini-tourneys throughout the weekend. Games available to play include: Mario Kart, Super Smash Brothers, games produced by DePaul students like Animal Well, and many others sure to defy gravity.
